ABOUT OUR FOUNDER
Our founder, COWGIRL COLE™ , has been a western loving gal as long as she can remember. When she could crawl, pretending to be a horse every waking moment, drawing animals all the time and listening to country music as a teenager. Collecting and playing with Breyer® horses was and is still a favorite interest.
Showing, raising, breeding pygmy goats, she also learned to show cavy, chickens, rabbits, dogs, dairy cows, steer, hogs, sheep and horses through 4-H. In 2018, she began volunteering and working with a horse therapy non-profit, called Equine Assisted Development, which spurred her towards her cowgirl at heart interests.
Having much experience with creative, marketing and design talents and years of being an entrepreneur, she set out in faith to launch an online boutique. Loving Jesus, anything sparkly, pairing outfits (she offers Western Wardrobe Styling) and an obsession with cowgirl boots, this was a way to combine all of her passions!
After some creative brainstorming on a name (thank you Christi), She Wears Western™ was launched in 2020. The result is a woman owned business that combines style, sass and sophistication in to one, wild brand: featuring caringly curated accessories, clothing, décor, jewelry, pet items, unique gifts and more!

OUR MISSION

At She Wears Western™, we strive to do more than sell items and products; we desire to share a way of living with women, married or not! We believe, inward beauty is prized, which is enhanced by what we put on the outside.
Being "clothed in strength and dignity" is an invitation to live with endurance and fortitude, being worthy of honor and respect, looking out for others and walking in faith daily. We believe surrendering our hearts to Jesus Christ and receiving His free grace and gift of salvation for our sins, is what truly transforms us inside and out.
We are a faith based, western inspired boutique for women and cowgirls and we desire to use our platform as a ministry to encourage women in their walk with Jesus. Lastly, we love partnering with amazing US based vendors to support other small businesses and we donate 10% of profits to various non-profit organizations.
